At 11:30am on June 30, 2018, after about three hours of flight, an Airbus A320 from Chengdu, China, smoothly landed at Phnom Penh International Airport, meaning that KC International Airlines welcomed its first aircraft.

In order to welcome the first aircraft, KC International Airlines held a grand New Aircraft Arrival Ceremony on June 30. Hun Sinath, the sister of Hun sen the prime minister of Cambodia, and her husband Nim Chandara; Nim Vannak niece of Hun Sen; deputy director of the State Secretariat Civil Aviation of Cambodia Kim Sophorn; Zheng Yuhai, CEO of KC International Airlines; Luo Bin, chairman of the board of KC International Airlines and other honorable guests attended the ceremony.


When the aircraft safely landed, pilots stepped down the passenger stair, CEO Zheng yuhai, came forward with flowers to welcome them arrival with honor.

"It makes me feel excited to fly the first aircraft back to headquarter of company, which means a lot to us!" Fu Bin, Captain and Director Flight Operation of KC International Airlines said.

Then, company leaders and guests of KC International Airlines started a blessing ceremony, the honorable Buddhist prayed for the aircraft and sprinkled holy water inside and outside the cabin.

At the end of the event, all of the participants took a group photo to commemorate this momentous occasion.

After earlier stage of preparation, the new aircraft is expected to be operational by early August this year. By then, the travel will be more convenient!
